While CHERI receives some financial support from The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, we are primarily a self-funded institute that relies on sponsorship, donations and very competitive research grants. However, a variety of CHERI’s activities
cannot be funded by grants, which is why your financial support is so important to us. CHERI is a registered charity and therefore donations are GST exempt.
Where does my money go?
Your financial support can directly assist us to fund services and projects such as research projects, educational clinics, developing helpful information sheets for parents and teachers, etc. Unless supporters specify otherwise, donations will
be used at the discretion of CHERI management to improve the interface between health and education and achieve our goal of making a difference to children.
How do I donate?
Donating is easy - all you have to do is fill in our secure on-line form. Alternatively by clicking on the Print form button
you can fax it to us on +61 (0)2 9845 0421 or post it to
CHERI, The Children’s Hospital
